Now that we are officially established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we are geared to make a greater impact in the most impoverished sections of Jersey City. Shine A Light NJ is managed by a volunteer-led board, which is comprised of Black and Latina women who strive to improve and enhance the holistic health and wellness of the most marginalized populations in the city.
